One Night. One Barn. One Unforgettable Dinner.
Get Your Tickets Today for September 9th

There are dinners you enjoy, and then there are dinners you remember for years. This September, SIW Vegetables and Chef Gerald Allen aka., Gravy Boat Jones, are once again joining forces for the one and only Field to Fork Dinner of the summer—an unforgettable evening celebrating fresh local ingredients, incredible cooking, and the beauty of dining on the farm.
Chef Allen is known throughout the region for his passion for bold flavors, community, and showcasing local ingredients. He creates meals that are as memorable as the experience itself.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated family-style dinner in our historic bank barn, designed to bring everyone together around the table just as great meals should. Every course highlights the season's freshest ingredients, creating a dining experience that's equal parts comforting, elevated, and distinctly local.
This isn't just another dinner—it's your only opportunity to experience a Field to Fork Dinner with us this summer. With only one date on the calendar and limited seating inside our beautifully restored historic barn, tickets are expected to sell out quickly. If you've been waiting for the perfect evening to gather with friends, family, or fellow food lovers, this is it.
Check out this year's incredible menu above and see what's in store for the evening**. We think you'll agree—it's worth saving your seat.
Join us on Wednesday, September 9th, for one unforgettable night of exceptional food, local flavors, and community. Scan the QR above or click here to purchase your tickets today before this one-night-only experience is gone.
** If you are someone who loves food, is adventurous and is willing to be surprised, this is the place for you! If you have food allergies, distinct food preference, or are vegetarian or vegan, please contact us no later than 7 days in advance of the dinner to advise so we can see ‘if’ special accommodations can be made. Chefs come to the farm with what they are preparing and there is no walk-in cooler to “pull something else” last minute. Cross contamination is also a concern if there’s anyone with a food allergy. We apologize but night of requests cannot be honored.
