PREPARED MEALS
The husband-and-wife team of Chef Gerald Allen and Natalie Eguez have brought an entirely new element to the farm stand - delicious, smoked dinners for pick up, usually a delicious Sunday Supper. From smoked half chickens to smoked meatloaf, pork, and even salmon, it's all phenomenal! The sides are prepared based on seasonal fruits and vegetables - the famous HG's spicy pickles, watermelon & tomato salad, potato salad...every meal brings fresh delights. LOCALLY SOURCED PRODUCTS
Our Farmer was moseying around the stand recently when a revelation stuck him; nearly all of the products sold at the farm stand are locally sourced. If we can’t grow it or are in a lull, we are filling in with locally grown fruits and veggies. Crackers, salsa, cheese, chips, jams, sausages, etc. are all locally sourced. The only exceptions are a few items like olive oil and balsamic vinegar, but those are still sourced from a local small business. Supporting those in our community is paramount to us and we know it is for you as well. We want you to feel good about everything you purchase when you come to shop. We sincerely appreciate your business!

In our great efforts of going green and reflecting the farm’s culture of loving the environment & helping save our beautiful planet, SIW Vegetables banned all plastic bags at the farm in 2019. You may bring your own reusable bags or baskets when shopping with us. We also sell reusable bags for $1.25 at the stand for you to use.
